When will I see my preview?

Once your piece is handcrafted, we’ll send you photos of the finished piece before shipping.

Can I request changes to the preview?

The preview is sent after your piece has been completed, so it is not a pre-production revision stage. If something does not match the details you submitted, please contact us.

How long will my order take?

Handcrafting takes approximately 7–15 business days. Your order will ship within 3–7 business days after the finished-piece preview is sent.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a free replacement.
