What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo works best — the sharper the photo, the better the portrait.
Can I see a preview of my custom piece?
Yes. Preview timing depends on the product. Printed pieces include an artwork preview before production, while handmade pieces include a finished-piece preview before shipping.
Can I request changes?
For products with a pre-production artwork preview, you can request changes before approval. Handmade pieces are individually created and previewed after completion, so the same revision process does not apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll send a free replacement — just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
